Self-Control: Fruit Of The Spirit

Douglas taught his dog, Rosco, a new trick: they put a treat on his nose and he waits to eat it until they say, "Go!" That takes a lot of self-control! Even if we know what's right and wrong, it can still be hard to do what's right. We may know that you shouldn't touch an electric fence, but we still try to touch it anyways! But if we live according to the Spirit, then God will help us to have self-control.
