Christmas Wish List - Sunday School Lesson

Jesus is the Perfect Gift!

This year kids will fill out a Christmas Wish-Fulfilled list as they think about all the reasons we have to be thankful because of Jesus!

Lesson Overview:

Memory Verse: “A child will be born to us. A son will be given to us. He will rule over us. And he will be called Wonderful Adviser and Mighty God. He will also be called Father Who Lives Forever and Prince Who Brings Peace.” Isaiah 9:6 (NIrV)

Lesson: What's on your Christmas Wish List? The people of God had long been waiting for someone to save them. The list of what the Savior would be was long. He would be the “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” The Magi may have brought gifts when Jesus was born, but Jesus was the true gift who fulfilled every item on the wish list.
